The widget's iframe src should carry the same ?conv= value it had on
page 1 — that is the conversation-group id, and it is what makes the dashboard count this as
one conversation instead of two. If you were mid-conversation with the panel open, the
concierge should have reconnected here on its own and said something like
"Picking up where we left off —", with no Connect click and no greeting.
If you were typing on page 1 you should still be typing here, without touching the mode toggle. And Phoebe must not greet you as a returning guest: you never left.
